Come learn about the extraordinary green building accomplishments of Lone Pine Village & future completion of The Riverfront Trail.

Lone Pine Village invites the community to celebrate its recent Gold-LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council for the Water's Edge facility, one of only two buildings in The Dalles and entire Columbia River Gorge to achieve such status.
Along with guided tours, attendees will learn about the green building measures of the project via a presentation by Timothy Buckley, Principle and Founder of Greenstone Architecture and Lone Pone Village's LEED project manager.
Plus, Dan Durow, The Dalles Community Development Director, will give a presentation on plans moving forward to complete The Dalles Riverfront Trail.
The trail, which runs through the Lone Pine Village development, will benefit from a recent grant from the Oregon Department of Transportation.
