Welcome to 2012! This year, we plan to introduce new and innovative ways to add value to our relationship with customers and partners. Interneer will roll out new initiatives that increase collaboration, trust and service levels.

 

With the continued success of our partner program, we plan to expand our partner eco-system to more regions, verticals and industries. Also, we will be launching quarterly virtual meetings to bring customers and partners together.

 

Highlights in this newsletter issue include: a case study with our client National Signs and how they implemented Interneer Intellect to automate their production process, Interneer's Record Growth for 2011, Interneer's Quarterly Customer and Partner Virtual Meetings and highlights of some of our new customers and partners.

National Signs Case Study     

   

National Signs, a sign manufacturer based in Houston, Texas, expanded their operations globally and that led to manual processes with too many people not communicating effectively. While the company intranet provided valuable information and was used on a daily basis, it did little to improve processes, spawn innovation, or create a sense of company culture.

 

One of the main challenges for National Signs was tracking orders across the organization. With constant changes on orders, the production team's manual process of writing jobs on pieces of paper as well as printing out drawings and physically handing out to each person their specific job for the day, not only wasted time, but created confusion and increased printing costs.  

 

With National Signs existing systems and processes, it was difficult to remove barriers that would allow employees to communicate anywhere, anytime , working together across the organization.

Interneer Sees Record Growth 2011    

   

Interneer, Inc., the leader in SaaS Business Process Management (BPM) software for the midmarket, announces record revenue growth in 2011, despite today's challenging economy. Interneer also saw a record increase in its partner revenues, with over half of total revenue generated by partners, resellers and VARs. In addition, major enhancements to the core platform contributed to the company's success and growth.

Interneer is continually striving to provide our customers and partners the best service. In 2012 we are introducing Quarterly Customer and Partner Virtual Meetings.  

 

The purpose of these quarterly meetings is to provide more support and communication with our customers and partners. In these meetings you will learn about Interneer product news, features, upcoming releases, company news and events. These meetings also give our customers and partners an opportunity to share success stories, challenges, feedback and opportunities.

Interneer Sponsors Spring Midmarket CIO Forum April 1-3 - Orlando
