For the past several months we've been bragging about having 20 clients for more than 20 years! But wait! We've got 20 more clients that have been with us for more than 15 years!! That's 40 clients for 15 years or more! That's real loyalty. Both directions. In a technology-based business like ours, we think that's truly remarkable. That loyalty is based on great software and great support. We're the first to recognize these companies wouldn't have stayed with us that long if either the software or the service was anything less than top-notch! They couldn't afford to - all companies need both to survive 15 or 20 years. That's especially true in hard times like we've seen in the past few years. Since we first started our business, we have claimed that we "focus on long-term relationships," and that our business practices represent that focus. Well, the proof is in the pudding! And we challenge anybody to find another company in our business with a better long-term track record. Some of our clients have been with us ever since we first started selling AddonSoftware more than 25 years ago. Most of our competitors from back then are not around anymore, because they weren't focused on the long term, but rather on the immediate sale. So they might have had a brief success story, but then they were gone - leaving their clients to fend for themselves. And most of the software packages that were available 25 years ago have long since disappeared. Addon has not only survived, it has retained its ease of use, its ability to be customized to fit, and its upgradeability. It's still a great package for a large section of middle-market companies, and it's getting better all the time! Great software and great support, too. That's 2-for-2 !
