In the midst of the never ending transitions life brings, we take a breath and find we are still here in the place of blessings - the place of initiations, of death and resurrections, of the unfolding path of evolving awareness.
Since the beginning of recorded time the frame drum, sistrums and bells have been used to create sacred space, dispel negative influences and purify the participants. Join us for this evening of rhythmic meditations and breathing practices, along with chanting and humming sacred sounds to the frame drum -- an ancient technique for directly synchronizing the mind/body, creating conditions for psychological, physical, and spiritual clearing.
Come into rhythm with us as we align ourselves with the ever changing new realities we face. We'll work rhythmically to reintegrate our minds and bodies into the power of this present moment, the only moment we have.
