March Special - Win a Year's Free Membership
Thanks to everyone who has entered the draw to win a year's free membership by sending us the details of organisations they think could benefit from using GoGet.

The competition is open until the end of March. So if you haven't already done so, why not refer your workplace (or another organisation) to us with the name of the person you think we should get in touch with and a phone number or email. We'll get in touch with them and let them know how they could save a fortune in cabs or fleet cars.

For each successful referral, you'll go into the draw to win a year's free GoGet membership, valued at $348.

To enter, just click here. (Make sure to include your own name too!)
SegwayCars pollute while engines are switched off.

If you still own a car, you might be interested to know that leaving the car at home and catching public transport to work isn't as good for the environment as you would think.

According to a government report, cars pollute even while their engines are switched off. And the longer they go without being used, the more they pollute.

This is especially true in Australia; according to the report the phenomenon of cars producing hydrocarbons while switched off for lengthy periods of time, is heightened on hot sunny days.

To find out more, check out this story in The Sydney Morning Herald.
Tip of the Month - Alto Fuel
secondsThe Suzuki Alto - with its remarkable fuel economy - is one of the most environmentally friendly cars on our roads.

And Suzuki has informed us that to ensure we get the maximum environmental benefit from the Alto, it's important to fill up using Premium Unleaded (95).

So remember, when filling up the Suzuki Altos, look for the unleaded fuel with the number 95* displayed on the bowser.

*95 relates to the level of octane in the fuel.

Welcome Tristan

baton passingWe're excited to announce the appointment of Tristan Sender to the new position of Managing Director.

He's taken over from our General Manager, Rachel Moore, who has done an amazing job for us. She's going back to full-time study and will continue working with us part-time.

Tristan is new to the world of car sharing but brings over a decade of business management, customer service and operations experience to the role.

He's English and therefore addicted to Tea. He's also "chuffed" to have a car named after him. 'Tristan the Prius' lives at Darlinghurst - Darlinghurst Road.
If you have any feedback or questions about the service please drop us an email.

Thanks,

Nic and Bruce
