The majority of new members find out about GoGet through word of mouth. So thanks to you, there are now over 4000 members.

As a tiny token of thanks, we're offering two pairs of tickets Richard IIIto a production of Richard III at the CarriageWorks in Sydney this Saturday. The free tickets will go to the first two members to send us an email quoting the play's most famous line.

And if you miss out on snatching the free tickets, Carriageworks is offering a 30% discount to GoGet members for this Saturday's performance. Just tell them you're a member when you buy a ticket.

GoGet and the RBA

RBA
The Reserve Bank of Australia has invited GoGet onto its Small Business Panel for a three year term.

The panel acts as a type of advisory board on the financing conditions facing small business. The RBA convenes the panel as a reality check to find out if what they think is happening in the real world, is actually happening.

The first meeting will be held on the 21st of May and we'd like to take your feedback to the meeting.

New Cars and Pods
We've added a new car into a new pod in the following Sydney location:

- Manly - Raglan Street (Replaces Manly - Cohen Street)

And in the coming weeks we'll be adding more cars and pods in Sydney. Specifically in Pyrmont, Randwick, Surry Hills and Waterloo. We'll let you know when they're in place.

Tip of the month
It's important to always 'tag off' at the end of a booking, by placing your GoGet card over the reader.

This includes when you return a car to its pod and find that another member is waiting for the car.

It's no doubt courteous to leave the door unlocked for your fellow member. However when they go to tag off, the car unit will have a 'conniption' (that's the technical term) which will inconvenience them. So the actual polite thing to do is tag off... always.
Know someone looking for work?
We're looking for another part-time staff member on the weekend.

If you know someone who fits the following attributes:
  • administration experience,
  • an excellent phone manner,
  • multi-tasker,
  • able to work independantly and as part of a team, and
  • able to handle stressful situations with aplomb...
...please forward this email to them and ask them to email their CV to us and to complete this form.
'007- Licence to carshare'
Watch James Bond save the 'world happiness chip' from the evil Olga Kalashnikova. His secret weapon is the Bremen transport system.

These two videos were produced by the local transport department in Bremen in Germany. We challenge the RTA, VicRoads and the SA Department for Transport to produce something similar!

James Bond would use the tram in Bremen

James prefers cycling and carsharing in Bremen
