PROPOSED BY-LAWS AMENDMENT

Currently the Chamber's Board of Directors consists of 5 officers, 27 elected directors, and 5 ex-officious for a total of 32 members. In an effort to down-size the board for more efficient management and to update wording of other related articles, proposed by-laws amendments were drafted and approved by the Board of Directors at their regularly scheduled meeting on January 18, 2012.
Members have the opportunity to review the proposed changes by: visiting the Chamber's website at www.bainbridgegachamber.com, then click on "Chamber News"; by obtaining a printed copy from the chamber office; or by clicking on the following link Proposed By-Laws Amendments. A vote will be taken at our May 3, 2012 membership breakfast, with a majority vote of the members present deciding whether or not the amendments shall become effective.
