Greetings!
Acknowledge Y O U R Worth! (1 of 5)
Too often we view our flaws, inabilities and shortcomings more than
we celebrate our abilities, godly character and accomplishments!
Yes, even devoted Christians have not arrived at the place of total
spiritual maturity and still have a long ways to go to be
developed by the Spirit of God!
However, only focusing on that fact blinds us to the areas which we
have matured in and are reflecting the image of Christ in our lives.
Because we don't stop and consider and then celebrate our
accomplishments in the Lord, we become discouraged and easily
depressed when we compare our lives to others;
"our" progress to theirs, "our abilities to theirs" and
"our" self-worth to theirs!
This is also the case when we don't consider and embrace the fact
that God loves us and DOES DELIGHT IN US!

The Queen of Sheba told King Solomon in 2 Chronicles 9:8
KJ-Blessed be the LORD thy God, which delighted in thee to set thee on His throne, [to be] king for the LORD thy God...
NLT-Praise the LORD your God, who delights in you and has placed you on the throne as king to rule for Him.
We should bless, praise and thank God that as we have submitted our lives to the blood and love of Jesus Christ that He has changed
our lives for good.
As our verse indicates; God delight in us! Just like a parent lovingly
looks favorably on the successful efforts of their children's
obedience and even on their unsuccessful attempts;
so does God looks on us with a heart of love!
God delights in YOU! He delights in ME! God delights in US!
This means He takes pleasure in, approves, and is pleased with us!
He takes note of the times we don't speak unkindly to one another
when we are so tempted to do so.

God smiles on us when we choose to love those who are difficult to love!
Daddy-God celebrates us when we elect to seek, love and serve Him!
He sees the times we resist temptation so that we will brightly reflect His Image through our lives!
Therefore, our Scripture verse should encourage, bless and ignite our
hearts to know that Daddy God, the Creator of the World, the
Great and Awesome Lord who opened the Red Sea and shielded
the three Hebrew boys from being burned in the Fiery furnace has
taken note of WHO WE ARE and of our daily efforts and actions
to live the Christian life.
He sees the good in us that He knows through us loving Him will
become the best in us! From our seeking to make "right" choices,
He acknowledges the evidence that we can be trusted with His
resources, message, love, and will positively impact the lives of
others on His behalf.

Our Scriptural verse "God, which delighted in thee to set thee
(meaning to put upon, appoint, assign, and designate us) to sit
on His throne" [to be] king for the LORD thy God must be
recognized as a place of honor.
God has allowed us to represent Him because He can trust our
devotion to Him!
Of course, we must do as King Solomon did and demonstrate our
submission to the Lord by inquiring of His wisdom to impact His
people.
Because we have learned that we must have the leading of the
Spirit of God, Daddy-God allows us to act on His behalf and in
His name to make decisions that will impact others.
Yes, Daddy-God sees your faithfulness, commitment, love and the
giving of your time either to listen or to speak a word into the
lives of His precious people.
He sees the times when you give, give and find more to give, all in
the name of love! God does delight in YOU!

Acknowledge Y O U R Worth! (5 of 5)
So that you will be reminded of why Daddy-God delights in you,
humble yourself, pray and ask Him to help you to see yourself
as He sees you.
Then, by listing the changes in your life, the ways you have obeyed
His Word, etc., make a list of ten reasons God delights in you.
Yes, list ten reasons so that you won't underestimate your godly
mannerism and actions and so that you will think deeply about
the godliness demonstrated by your life!
In advance we cover those ten reasons with the Blood of the Lamb,
Jesus Christ, that we will continue to demonstrate God through
our life in those areas!
Also, that we will even add to our list by growing in our faith and
relationship in the Lord!
Acknowledge YOUR Worth! Acknowledge YOUR value and DARE to
see yourself as Daddy-God sees you!
Remember: Blessed be the LORD thy God, which delighted in thee to
set thee on his throne, [to be] king for the LORD thy God!

TEN COMMANDMENTS EBONICS STYLE
Sometimes you have to get the message across as best we can. Try this for those who can't understand the King James Version:
1. I'm God. Don't play me. (I am the Lord thy God, thou shalt not have any other gods before me.)
2. Don't be makin no hood ornaments and charms outta me, or like me. ( Thou shalt not! have any graven images)
3. Don't be callin' me for no reason. (Thou shalt not use the name of the Lord thy God in vain)
4. Y'all betta be in church on Sunday, and not just the Sundays when it's Mother's day, Easter and Christmas (Remember to keep the Sabbath day holy)
5. Don't dis or cuss out yo momma . . .. and if you know who ya daddy is, don't dis him neither. (Honor thy father and thy mother)
6. Don't be goin' on no drive bys. (Thou shalt not kill)
7. Stick to ya own Boo. (Thou shalt not commit adultery)
8. Don't be borrow'n stuff and don't give it back. (Thou shalt not steal)
9. Don't be lyin' on the otha' man to save your behind. (Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy brother)
10. Don't be eyein' (skeeming) yo homie's crib, ride, woman, or nuttin. (Thou shalt not covet anything that belongs to thy brother).
