"Moments of Opportunity" (1 of 5)
They could not have imagined that their lives were on the countdown of CHANGING FOREVER!!!
That their names would be broadcast all over the world!
As he was being carried in his mother's womb, she was not planning to only enjoy him for a few years, then to have him sacrificed as a martyr for the advancement of the human race!
They could not have imagined how a trip to the store would birth such a painful experience!
How the last time they saw their son would be the last time they would see him alive!
They never imagined that their son would in one moment become the son of many who they would never know their names!
Yes, Trayvon Miller's parents are referenced here!

"Moments of Opportunity" (2 of 5)
This tragic situation reminds us of how we are only one step, one second and one situation away from major changes in our lives!
David recognized and expressed to Jonathan how near he was to a major change in his life in 1 Samuel 20:3- But I swear to you that I am only a step away from death!
Other Scriptures reminds us of how quickly life as we know it can change in a moment:
Exodus 33:5-For the LORD had told Moses to tell them, "You are a stubborn and rebellious people. If I were to travel with you for even a moment, I would destroy you. Remove your jewelry and fine clothes while I decide what to do with you."
Numbers 16 :45- Get you up from among this congregation, that I may consume them as in a moment. And they fell upon their faces.
Psalms 30:5-For his anger [endureth but] a moment; in his favour [is] life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy [cometh] in the morning.

Proverbs 12:19-The lip of truth shall be established for ever: but a lying tongue [is] but for a moment.
Isaiah 27:3- I the LORD do keep it; I will water it every moment: lest [any] hurt it, I will keep it night and day.
Isaiah 54:7- For a small moment have I forsaken thee; but with great mercies will I gather thee.
V8-In a little wrath I hid my face from thee for a moment; but with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on thee, saith the LORD thy Redeemer.
Lamentations 4:6-The guilt of my people is greater than that of Sodom, where utter disaster struck in a moment and no hand offered help.
1 Corinthians 15:52-In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

2 Corinthians 4:17-For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding [and] eternal weight of glory.
We must remember how quickly our lives can change for sorrow or good!
We must cherish the "Moments of Opportunity" that we are given to live, love, forgive, to give and receive.
To live in a manner which will usher us into maximizing our great potential which Daddy-God desires for us to experience!
To love to the fullest the Lord Jesus, our self, family, friends and others; for we never know when we won't have that opportunity anymore!
To be willing to forgive any and all who have offended us in any form or fashion with the help of our Great God!
To give all that we are led to give, (words and deeds) to enrich the lives of others!

To receive all of the blessings that Daddy-God has for us and sends our way through various sources to display His great love for us!
Let us be prayerful not to miss our "Moments of Opportunity", for we won't be able to redeem many if not any of them back once they pass!
Let's decide to continue standing in faith for the promised changes which have not yet manifested in our lives knowing that in a second, the next step and the next moment our Change CAN MANIFEST!
Let's value our "Moments of Opportunity" to validate our existence, to be model examples and lights and to maximize our potential in Jesus' mighty name!

Expo Line Train
According to Expo line officials, the first phase cost $932 million and added 8.6 miles of track and seven new stations.
The second phase, which will complete the line into Santa Monica, is expected to cost $1.5 billion and extend the line an extra 6.6 miles.
New Expo Line station stops will be open at the following intersections:
-Seventh and Figueroa Streets
-Pico Boulevard and Flower Street-23rd and Flower Streets
-Jefferson Boulevard and Flower Street
-Figueroa Street and Exposition Boulevard
-Vermont Avenue and Exposition Boulevard
-Western Avenue and Exposition Boulevard
-Crenshaw and Exposition Boulevards
-La Brea Avenue and Exposition Boulevard
-La Cienega and Jefferson Boulevards
Rides on the Expo line will cost the standard Metro rate of $1.50 each way or $5 for a day pass.

Hey Dr. Lewis, You are right-these are Two Questions we need to answer. I know I need to stop and think about my life and pray that I am not misrepresenting God! We really do have to watch what we do and say because like you said people are watching and listening to us, they are really watching us to see what we do or don't do. All I can say is God help!!!!
