Our Assurance of Prayer! (1 of 5)
Dear Lord, Thank you for the invitation to bring our prayer requests before YOUR holy presence, the power of
praying in faith and the assurance that YOU hear us as noted throughout Your Word.
Romans 12:12 NLT-...Be patient in trouble, and keep on praying.
Ephesians 6:18 NLT- Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion! Stay alert and be persistent in your
prayers for all believers everywhere.
Philippians 1:19 NLT- For I know that as you pray for me and the Spirit of Jesus Christ helps me,
this will lead to my deliverance.
Philippians 4:6 NLT- Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need,
and thank Him for all He has done.
Colossians 4:2 NLT-Devote yourselves to prayer with an alert mind and a thankful heart!
James 5:16 NLT-Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed.
The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results.

Lord we also thank you that You are not deaf, but hear, see us and are moved with compassion as also
is demonstrated in Scripture.
1Ki 9:3 And the LORD said unto him, I have heard thy prayer and thy supplication that thou hast made before me:
Isa 38:5 ...I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will add unto thy days fifteen years.
Luk 1:13 But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy prayer is heard; and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son.
Acts 10: 31 NLT-He told me, 'Cornelius, your prayer has been heard, and your gifts to the poor have been noticed by God!
We are told in Matthew 21:22 And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.

Biblical Scholar Gill commentates of this verse: And all things whatsoever... Not only miracles, but any other thing which may be for the honor of God,
the interest of religion, the spreading of the Gospel, the enlargement of the Kingdom of Christ, their own spiritual good, and the welfare of immortal souls.
Ye shall ask in prayer, believing. Also noted as, "in prayer, and in faith";... for whatever is asked in faith, agreeable to the will of God, which is contained in His
Covenant, Word, and Promises and makes for His glory, and the good of His people, shall be given, be it what it will; though to carnal sense and reason it may seem impracticable and impossible.
Ye shall receive; of God, through Christ, freely and fully, and shall have and enjoy them, either they themselves, if asked for themselves, or others, for whom they are asked.

Therefore Lord, we offer this prayer to you on behalf of each other: We bless Your Holy Name!
Lord, Thank you that You see us and are concerned about us.
You know us better than we know ourselves; what we need before we need it and what we will ask prior to our asking!
Lord, we pray for those who are facing difficult emotional, financial, physical and spiritual dilemmas!
Lord we pray for those who do not see "Your Heart of Love" which is with us and resting over our situations as did the cloud over the Israelites!
Lord, for those who need housing or employment, thank you for their open door.
Father those who are physically challenged and have been for so very long; we pray that by faith they will trust You that
their lives can change and even be healed.
Lord, those who are not embracing the uniqueness of who You created them to be, we lift them up for we understand that
when we don't value ourselves as who You created us to be, that we devalue our worth which leads us away from Your perfect will.
Lord, those who are anxious and tempted to take matters into their own hands, we pray for rest in their spirit and heart.

Those who are lonely, desiring to love and be loved;
those who desire godly marriages and children, we lift them up!
Those who have loved ones on drugs, incarcerated, missing, emotionally unstable, Father we lift them up!
Father those who have refused Your Hand of Salvation WE DEFINITELY LIFT THEM UP IN THE NAME OF THE LORD JESUS!
Lord, we pray these requests and others in the Precious Name of Jesus!
Thank you for hearing us!
Thank you for the answers to our prayers which we shall experience whether it is yes, no, or wait!
Thank you Lord for the maturity to embrace whatever Your answer is to our prayer requests and to yet trust
YOU and experience Phl 4:7-And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep
your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus, NO MATTER WHAT!
Thank you that YOU don't mix our prayers up with others!
Thank you Lord that we don't have to supervise YOU but can go on and fulfill our purpose in life;
knowing that YOUR HEART OF LOVE IS RESTING OVER our lives!

THE SILENT SERMON
A member of a certain church, who previously had been attending services regularly, stopped going. After a few weeks, the preacher decided to visit him.
It was a chilly evening. The pastor found the man at home alone, sitting before a blazing fire. Guessing the reason for his preacher's visit, the man welcomed him, led him to a comfortable chair near the fireplace...and waited.
The preacher made himself at home but said nothing. In the grave silence, he contemplated the dance of the flames around the burning logs. After some minutes, the preacher took the fire tongs, carefully picked up a brightly burning ember and placed it to one side of the hearth all alone, then he sat back in his chair, still silent.
The host watched all this in quiet contemplation. As the one lone ember's flame flickered and diminished, there was a momentary glow and then its fire was no more. Soon it was cold and dead.
Not a word had been spoken since the initial greeting. The preacher glanced at his watch and realized it was time to leave. He slowly stood up, picked up the cold, dead ember and placed it back in the middle of the fire. Immediately it began to glow, once more with the light and warmth of the burning coals around it.
As the preacher reached the door to leave, his host said with a tear running down his cheek, 'Thank you so much for your visit and especially for the firey sermon. I will be back in church next Sunday.'
We live in a world today, which tries to say too much with too little.
Consequently, few listen.
Sometimes the best sermons are the ones left unspoken.

It was such a loss that Whitney went home sooo soon.<<<<< HER MUSIC MADE MY HEART GLAD-even more sorry for Bobbi,(Kristy). I am so grateful she was that age rather than being a little girl who lost her mom.T. D. Jakes sounded inspiring as usual He JUST looks different and his voiced sound different! Happy for Tyler.
