SOUND THE ALARM!
It has become obvious that only the physical church building separates the actions of non-Christians and persons proclaiming to be Christians!
There is an immediate urgency for the Body of Christ, for EACH ONE OF US to be revived to act, talk and do as we should in honoring the privilege of representing our Holy and Awesome Christ here on earth!
As never before, we must GUARD ourselves so that individually we will conduct our lives as described in God's Word!
There should be a reverential fear in our hearts of the blending of worldly philosophy with how we as Christians should think and act!

There should be a concern of what we do and have come to tolerate as acceptable behavior for persons to do as they like!
Unfortunately, God's directives have been set aside!
Example being as found in Ephesians 5:1 (NLT)-Imitate God, therefore, in everything you do, because you are His dear children.
V.2-Live a life filled with love, following the example of Christ. He loved us and offered Himself as a sacrifice for us, a pleasing aroma to God.
V. 3- (NIV) But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality (committed between single or unmarried persons), or of any kind of impurity (adultery, incest, sodomy, and every unnatural lust), or
of greed (an excessive desire after worldly things), because these are improper for God's holy people (KJ-let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints)

Continuing in Ephesians 5 V. 4-Nor should there be obscenity (anything base or vile in words or acts),
foolish talk (vulgarity or a lack of refinement, clowning and silly behavior, ridicule, or
what tends to expose another to contempt) or coarse joking (an easy turn of speech-the idea that one who can turn every conversation into a joking comment),
which are out of place, but rather thanksgiving.
V. 5-For of this you can be sure: no immoral, impure or greedy person--such a man is an idolater--has any inheritance in the Kingdom of Christ and of God.
V. 6-Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of such things God's wrath comes on those who are disobedient.
V. 7-Therefore do not be partners with them.

V. 10-and find out what pleases the Lord.We must stop trying to live by the dictates and actions of both the world and of Christ.
Roman 6:13 NLT-Do not let any part of your body become an instrument of evil to serve sin. Instead, give yourselves
completely to God, for you were dead, but now you have new life. So use your whole body as an instrument to do what is right for the glory of God.
V.16-Don't you realize that you become the slave of whatever you choose to obey? You can be a slave to sin, which leads to death, or
you can choose to obey God, which leads to righteous living.

1 Timothy 6:11-But you, Timothy, belong to God; so run from all these evil things, and follow what is right and good. Pursue a godly life, along with faith, love, perseverance, and gentleness.
Each Christian's name can be substituted for Timothy's name because the personalization and directives of this Scripture should
be securely embraced by each Christian.
Family, let's repent for those areas which the Holy Spirit has privately been dealing with our individual hearts to stop doing.
We must remember if we ignore His private dealing with us,
the Love of Christ for us will deal with us publicly in
His attempt to save us from sin and eternal damnation!
So whatever YOU AND I ARE DOING that is against God's Word;
LET'S HEED THE WARNING and STOP!
If we do, we will have the approval, favor and blessing of our Great God upon our lives!
If not, we will have His Wrath!

Good Morning Dr. Lewis-just paused for a second to say thanks you for reminding me to live my life as though people had me under strict observation, especially the ones who watches out of their "Windows". They Have Not Seen That the Party Is Over (smile). This also reminds me to behave verbally, as I am not one to do-- too much wrong- "However" my mouth get me into tons of trouble. sometimes.>>> it is good stuff then again it is "Condescending".
