Give "It" To Him! (1 of 5)
What gift do you give someone who has "everything?
That is the question we frequently ask ourselves!
Consequently, we often waste time and resources as we strive to "figure out" what would be the best selection for them;
rather than just asking the person what they desire or embracing the advice of those who have direct instruction from them!
Many times, we are quite surprised by their response as we find it is the simpler things in life they desire.
To be respected, loved and appreciated are just a few of the responses they might give.

Give "It" To Him! ( 2 pf 5)
The same scenario is the case when it comes to our Lord God!
What can we really offer to God, the Creator of EVERYTHING GOOD that would delight His heart to receive?
The creation of another world, every penny we have or the sacrifices of our children and grandchildren?
No! Neither of those answers is even close to His heart's desire! In Joshua 24: 23, Joshua gave direction to the Israelites as to what would delight God's heart to receive from them.
Joshua said, "Destroy the idols among you, and turn your hearts to the LORD, the God of Israel."
Matthew 22:37-also advises us as to what would be the best gift to give to God -
Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

Give "It" To Him! ( 3 pf 5)
In all of the Greatness of our Powerful God and in the midst of ALL that He possesses,
He does not possess our heart, devotion, love and affection UNLESS WE GIVE IT TO HIM!
The yielding of our heart and devotion is freely and exclusively ours through our "Free-Will"!
Unless we decisively turn our heart to God, it will be left in the hands of Satan and one's self to house emotions and thoughts which
will manifest every evil work and ultimately destroy us.
We are forewarned of this throughout Scripture.
When we "Turn our hearts to God", that means we willingly submit to His Lordship over our lives!
It means we believe by faith what He says and promises!

Give "It" To Him! (4 of 5)
It means that we acknowledge and yield to Proverbs 3:1- My child, never forget the things I have taught you. Store my commands in your heart.
V2- for they will prolong your life many years and bring you prosperity. (Your life will be satisfying, peace they will add to you, a life worth living).
V3- Never let loyalty and kindness leave you! Tie them around your neck as a reminder. Write them deep within your heart.
V4- Then you will find favor with both God and people, and you will earn a good reputation. (Grace or favour with God and that understanding which is good in God's sight).
V5- Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding.
V6- Seek His will in all you do and He will show you which path to take.
V7- Don't be impressed with your own wisdom. Instead, fear the LORD and turn away from evil.

Give "It" To Him! (5 of 5)
Daddy-God desires for us to yield our heart to Him, so that He can manifest Ezekiel 11:19- And I will give them singleness of heart and put a new spirit within them. I will take away their stony, stubborn heart and give them a tender, responsive heart,
V. 20- so they will obey my decrees and regulations. Then they will truly be my people, and I will be their God.
In so doing, we WILL DEFINITELY experience Numbers 14:8- And if the LORD is pleased with us, He will bring us safely into that land and give it to us.
It is a rich land flowing with milk and honey (a rich, fertile, and desirable land).
So do yourself a favor and "Give It (Your Heart) to the Lord!
