How Will You Use "IT"?
Each of us is observed by others!
Our mannerisms, how we walk, talk, act, eat, dress, our reactions, our opinions, and the list goes on and on!
Many times, we are not aware of the number of persons who are taking note of us!
It takes us by surprise when we are complemented on how or what we did, especially when we have not put forth any special effort!
Equally, we are embarrassed after learning of observations during times when we did not display our best judgment, actions, or words!

How Will You Use "IT"?
Therefore, our title of How Will You Use "It" refers to the "Power to Influence"!
Each of us has been given the wonderful privilege and honor to positively influence other people's lives!
This is one of the reasons we aren't invisible people; we are meant to be seen and observed!
We especially understand this as Christians, for we are the hands, the feet, and the ones who display the heart and love of God visibly on earth!
As scripture states in: 1 Corinthians 10:31-Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.
We must understand that each "IT" is a "Mentoring Moment"!
This represents an opportunity to share knowledge, skills, and information to foster the growth of someone else!

How Will You Use "IT"? ( 3 pf 5)
We are granted the privilege of utilizing the "Dash" of our lifespan to positively serve and influence others by sharing our expertise and experience to guide the development of another person!
This God-given mandate does not allow us to be self-centered persons; only concerned about ourselves!
Recently there were three funerals where the ages of the deceased were 6 weeks, 86 and 102 years old.
This communicates that each of us has been given a certain timeline to utilize our "IT"- "The Power to Influence"!
John 9:4- I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.

Additionally, each of us has also been allotted the amount of time needed to accomplish the "IT" of what God would have us to do.
Each of us will have to stand before God and give an account of how we used our "IT"- our opportunity of the "Power to Influence"!
This privilege also implies that there is great responsibility attached to our mandate to influence!
Yes, we will have to give an account to God Almighty if we influence others to stumble and make unwise and sinful choices because of the example they observe from our "IT" moments!

Our great God has also attached endless rewards; even beyond our lifetime when we unselfishly utilize our "IT" moments!
Rewards includes the joy of being used by our Great-God to make a difference in other people's lives;
the reward of building a legacy or memorial of your life on earth and
experiencing Proverbs 31:31NLT: Reward her (or him) for what they have done; letting his or her deeds publicly declare them praise.
Therefore family, let's value our "IT" moments! Let's realize the privilege we have been given!
Let's realize that we must be about our Father's business while it is day for our time of opportunity will eventually come to an end!
Let's experience the joy of making a difference, of affecting and changing the world; one moment at a time!

Hello Mom Lewis, Thank you so much for your words of encouragement. I really needed your encouragement and I thank GOD for blessing me through you. This is such a beautiful email. Thank you so much for sending me your emails. I sure do appreciate all your emails. Yes, I'm remaining confident and at peace that our Father-GOD is in control. Dr. Lewis: Thank you so much for this message. It is one of those that dearly touched my heart. It's funny you mentioned, connecting dots to God. In class tonight we talked about people represented by different dots at various stages of spiritual development. When we confess Jesus as our Lord and Savior, God instantaneously grants us justification. It is like saying, come my dear child, your confession is received and I wash you clean right now with the precious blood of my Son, Jesus. Now, that is justification. Another blessing is bestowed on us, and this we call, sanctification. God begins to separates us from the dirty people, situations, and our own messes and so on. He begins to draw us closer and nearer to himself. This sanctification is a work in progress. It takes time.But the point that I am trying to make is that as we begin to be cleansed, and washed by God's Grace, you see all those dots that I mentioned earlier? They begin to connect gradually. And as they do, the individual begins to come together just like a puzzle, and those dots begin to point upwards toward God in heaven. It will seem as if our spirit self is maturing and becoming purer and purer. Everything begins to look up as we say in real life. Likewise, if somebody is leading a sinful life, their dots also do connect to make them into a whole person, BUT instead of pointing toward heaven, the dots point downward, signifying a morally sinful individual. Is our God an amazing God or what? It is amazing what just happened here. Reading your message to me was a type of confirmation of what we studied in class tonight. And likewise, me telling you about what we studied in class tonight is a confirmation about what you sent to me. Now, we (you and I) did not plan this exchange of confirmations. But do you know who did? The Holy Spirit!!! Thank you again. Glory be to Almighty God!!! I love you, Sister Lewis! Minister K
