How Will You Spend Your Day? ( 1 of 5)
Wow, so much can happen in our lives in a 24-hour span!
Actually, it only takes a second for our lives to change!
This "Moment of Change" can usher in what we have been praying for and desiring to happen; or this "Moment of Change" can bring heartache and pain.
This is the reason we must value each moment, person, and opportunity in our lives and not take them for granted.
Each day contains 60 seconds in one minute, 60 minutes in one hour and 24 hours in one day; which means each day is equal to 60 x 60 x 24 = 86,400 seconds.
This vast number of seconds per day should prompt us to be mindful of just how many times each day we are possibly exposed to something painful happening to us!

More so, the reality of 86,400 seconds per day should foster an ongoing praise in our heart and on our lips for
the great blessing of being afforded a trouble and pain free day.
An uneventful day is not promised to us; for at any moment we might receive that phone call of bereavement, a lay-off notice from our job, a
negative report from the doctor, experience a bold attack upon our family relationships, become a victim of crime and so forth.
Regardless of the kind of second we experience, Daddy-God has promised us in Hebrews 13:5b (KJ)...for He hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
The NLT record ...For God has said, "I will never fail you. I will never abandon you."
It is only when we take this promise to heart that we will live each day courageously and peacefully.

It is only when we embrace this promise will we cultivate confidence and trust in what God has said and affirmed!
Daddy-God has not made us this promise conditionally; and His Word is not based on whetherthe challenges we are facing are
too difficult for Him to handle or if certain things don't happen, but HIS GREAT promise is unconditional!
It is not governed by anything that comes into our lives!
Nothing can happen to us where Daddy-God will not be present!
Nor do we have to be concerned about our needs not being supplied because the insufficiency is greater than what Daddy-God is able to do;
for HIS ABILITIES AND RESOURCES ARE UNLIMITED!
When we stop placing trust in other people or things that only should be given to Daddy-God, we will live in contentment AND PEACE!

As we are told in Matthew 5:45b...that God maketh His sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust; such are the experiences of life.
Life will provide for all people experiences of joy and those times of sorrow.
Christians are not afforded a "Trouble-Free Life Pass"; however as Christians we do obtain a" Fulfillment of God's Promises Pass" for our lives!
We must mature spiritually to the degree of Psalm 118:24 which states - This [is] the day [which] the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it, and therefore our mindset will produce and result in spending our day rejoicing and being glad of the Promises of God to us!
In so doing, we will no longer CONDITIONALLY COMMIT to love, worship and serve God!
No longer will we hold God "HOSTAGE" to ensure that our life is as "We Desire it to be" before we will love Him and be in fellowship with Him.

Then we will rest in the Lord NO MATTER WHAT COMES OUR WAY because we will realize that our God is "LARGE AND IN CHARGE!"
Yes, He is "LARGE AND IN CHARGE" during our times of sadness and also during our joyous experiences!
Subsequently, as a result of this realization, we will stand tall, be courageous, mature and without wavering, commit to trust our Daddy-God!
We will choose daily to rejoice and be glad in the Lord and His Promises no matter what "That Day" brings!
We will remember that we are not alone and therefore will not behave as if we must face life by ourselves.
In addition, we will daily choose to exercise praise and worship unto the Lord instead of acting pitiful, desperate and hopeless!
Daily, keep the faith family and make the right choice of how you will spend your day!

Dr. Lewis: Your nuggets for the soul, specifically "What is Your Message to the World?" With Lorrin Lee, along with those powerful explanations have changed my life. Something in my spirit kept urging me to read your eNewsletter. I kept putting it off. Finally, after moving it to another section within my email bins (lol), I stopped and started reading and literally could not stop. I even took pictures of the mantras so that I could have them on hand for quick reference in my phone. Those words offered have resonated very deeply with me and were in fact confirmation for me on a day I could really use the encouragement. Tonya, if your mission is to move people, encourage, inspire us beyond human capabilities, to read and find God and His spirit of Love, Peace & Happiness, etc.? Mission ACCOMPLISHED, Baby! Hey Dr. Lewis- thanks for the Word for the day and every day, this one is right on!!! We really do need to watch the message we are sending with our lives we are talking loud without saying a word! I really like the word from Mr. Lee that says: "Never compare yourself with others. Do the best you can with what you have from where you are....and be true to yourself" Your Character says a lot about you! I know for a fact that people are watching when you thinking they are not your life is a witness for God or I should say it is suppose to be! We need to know what our lives are saying to others!!!!! This is sooooooooooooooo good! Thanks for sharing! Love you lot's! Evang L

My message this month is to "Chill!" The enemy specializes in agitation, aggravation, and humiliation. He works on our emotions which lead to the big "S" word - stress! Stress along with an incorrect diet can lead to high blood pressure, and at the right moment when the devil has used your family, loved ones, co-workers and drivers on the street - he'll take you out like a light. You'll be sitting up in heaven wondering how you got there. Here's how: by not casting all your cares on Him, and not trusting that He knows at least as much as you do and nothing takes Him by surprise. So my word this month and every month is: Chill!
