Greetings!
Our Heavenly Father gives us wonderful experiences to provide for our lives "The Gift of Memories"!
Various events, interactions with others, successful outcomes, loving and heart-warming experiences compose the "The Gift of Memories!"
He gives us "The Gift of Memories" as a life-line to assist us through life's journey. Ecclesiastes 3:1-KJ- To every [thing there is] a season, and a time to every purpose under the Heaven. NLT- There is a time for everything, a season for every activity under Heaven.
As we mature, we learn the importance of maximizing the moments to enjoy our currently events; for soon we will only have "The Gift of Memories" of WHAT WAS a great experience!

The Gift of MEMORIES! (2 of 5) As we have learned; time is constantly forging ahead and all good things do come to an end!
Therefore, if we miss the opportunity to maximize the moment; we miss the season to create "The Gift of Memories"! Daddy-God's love is demonstrated to us in that He allows us to have memories to happily reflect upon!

He also provides us with "The Gift of Memories" so that we will have a choice as to what we will reflect and think on, for there is also in our lives "The Sorrow of Memories".
Philippians 4:8 KJ- Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things [are] honest, whatsoever things [are] just, whatsoever things [are] pure, whatsoever things [are] lovely, whatsoever things [are] of good report; if [there be] any virtue, and if [there be] any praise, thinkon these things.
(NLT- Fix your thoughts on what is true and honorable and right. Think about things that are pure and lovely and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.)
What we fix our thoughts and think on will DEFINITELY impact our overall outlook of life and how we evaluate the experiences of our lives; whether we will have Praise or Pity Parties along the course of our lives.

The Gift of MEMORIES! (4 of 5)
The ingredients we use to construct our memories are so important! Daddy-God does His part to create in our lives "The Gift of Memories", but we also have a role to play: walking in wisdom, faith, and thankfulness, extending love to one another, being willing to serve each other and not being self-centered.

We must choose to view the glass of our lives as full rather than empty! Unfortunately, the gracious mannerism of being thankful and expressing thankfulness to anyone who does kind deeds for us (including Daddy-God) is a lost art by many people.
We snatch possession of loving gestures offered to us without even considering saying thank you. We walk through doors which are opened for us by others without taking time to say thank you. We act like we are supposed to be the "Center" of everyone's lives, etc, and don't take the time to consider and love on them.
These kinds of behavior hinders us from creating wonderful "Gift of Memories"; for they prevent us from embracing with joy and gladness those moments of love being expressed to us and our times of opportunity to express love and kindness.

The Gift of MEMORIES! (3 OF 5)
Yes, there are GOING TO BE sorrowful events in our lives!
Each of us will experience "Sorrowful Memories"; the passing of loved ones, no longer having the opportunity to parent our children for they grow up, not having the strength and youthfulness we once possessed, etc. But

"The Gift of Memories" provides us with wonderful reflections of our times with our now-deceased loved ones, reminds us of the joys we had in parenting our children as they were growing up and having memories of what was positively accomplished while we did have strength and youthfulness.
Our Heavenly Father is so awesome in that He enables us to create "The Gift of Memories" even during difficult times; for He has promised never to leave nor forsake us. This means that we can seek Him in the midst of WHICH EVER kind of storm we are experiencing and we will find comfort, safety and joy in Him.
It can be for us as it was for Peter in (Matthew 24:14-in the midst of the storm: when he was buffeted (tossed) by the waves because the wind was against it. V. 29 And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus.
As long as we keep our eyes on Jesus we will be able to create "The Gift of Memories"; of how IN THE MIDST OF THE STORM Jesus was with us, how we actually walked in the midst of the stormy sea and fiery furnace and were not overtaken, how when we almost sank Jesus was right there to pick us up.

The Gift of MEMORIES!! (5 of 5)
So ask Daddy-God to help you to see and seize your daily blessings! Ask Him to help you to be thankful and quick to express your thankfulness to both Him

Ask Him to help you to keep your eyes on Him and not on the storms in your life! Ask Him to help you not to be self-centered for, NO, you are not the only one going through sorrows!
1 Peter 5:9 NLT- Take a firm stand against him (Satan), and be strong in your faith. Remember that your Christian brothers and sisters all over the world are going through the same kind of suffering you are.
Ask Daddy-God to help you to value each moment with family and friends and to embrace the Doors of Opportunity!
Thank Him, Thank Him, Thank Him for providing you with, "The Gift of Memories! We Love YOU!

The ' L I T T L E ' Things~
As you might remember, the head of a company survived 9/11 because his son started kindergarten.
Another fellow was alive because it was His turn to bring donuts.
One woman was late because her Alarm clock didn't go off in time.
One was late because of being stuck on the NJ Turnpike Because of an auto accident.
One of them Missed his bus.
One spilled food on her clothes and had to take Time to change.
One's Car wouldn't start.
One couldn't Get a taxi.
The one that struck me was the man Who put on a new pair of shoes that morning, Took the various means to get to work But before he got there, he developed a blister on his foot.
He stopped at a drugstore to buy a Band-Aid. That is why he is alive today..
Now when I am Stuck in traffic , Miss an elevator, Turn back to answer a ringing telephone ...
All the little things that annoy me. I think to myself, This is exactly where
And may you remember their possible purpose.
God wants me to be there At this very moment..
Next time your morning seems to be Going wrong ,
You can't seem to find the car keys, You hit every traffic light, Don't get mad or frustrated; It May be just that God is at work watching over you.
May God continue to bless you with all those annoying little things |

"EVEN IF YOU HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO GIVE, YOU CAN GIVE ENCOURAGEMENT."
.WHAT A POWERFUL MESSAGE, HOW BLESSED WE ARE. GOD IS GOOD, PASS IT ON!
There was a blind girl who hated herself because she was blind. She hated everyone, except her loving boyfriend.. He was always there for her.. She told her boyfriend, 'If I could only see the world, I will marry you.'
One day, someone donated a pair of eyes to her. When the bandages came off, she was able to see everything, including her boyfriend.
He asked her,'Now that you can see the world, will you marry me?' The girl looked at her boyfriend and saw that he was blind. The sight of his closed eyelids shocked her. She hadn't expected that. The thought of looking at them the rest of her life led her to refuse to marry him.
Her boyfriend left in tears and days later wrote a note to her saying: 'Take good care of your eyes, my dear, for before they were yours, they were mine.'
This is how the human brain often works when our status changes. Only a very few remember what life was like before, and who was always by their side in the most painful situations.
Life Is a Gift
Today before you say an unkind word - Think of someone who can't speak.
Before you complain about the taste of your food - Think of someone who has nothing to eat.
Before you complain about your husband or wife - Think of someone who's crying out to GOD for a companion.
Today before you complain about life - Think of someone who went too early to heaven.
Before whining about the distance you drive Think of someone who walks the same distance with their feet.
And when you are tired and complain about your job - Think of the unemployed, the disabled, and those who wish they had your job.
And when depressing thoughts seem to get you down - Put a smile on your face and think: you're alive and still around.
