 Let's Praise the Lord!
Why should we praise the Lord? Is it to establish Him to be God? No, because the Lord God was established as God long before the world came into being and certainly long before you or I came into being. Thus, our Praise does not establish Him as being God of the world, but it will establish Him as being God in and of our personal lives.
When we praise Him; it brings the great Creator up close and personal in our lives which as we learn of Him, will motivate us to love Him. When we consider ALL that He HAS DONE, IS DOING AND WILL DO for us; how can we not love and praise Him?

 Let's Praise the Lord!
Should we praise Him because we are afraid of Him?
God's will is not that we "fear" Him as He being the Big Bad Wolf. But rather that we reverence, respect and recognize that He does have the power to destroy us if He wanted to; but because of His great love for us, we don't have to worry about Him desiring to destroy us when we seek His love and do His will.
Seeking the love of God means that we walk in obedience to what He through His Word has commanded for our lives; that we seek to be Christ-like, that we realize that THROUGH all of His dealings with us; His entire objective is to BRING OUT THE BEST IN US!!!
Yes, we should obey what we have heard and been taught by others to praise the Lord; for they before us have learned that praising the Lord does the body, mind, spirit and soul good! How do you process people who praise you?
What do you want to do the more for grateful folks who appreciate what you have already done? How often do you think of those persons who celebrate and love on you?

 Let's Praise the Lord!
Well, Daddy-God also loves that "Praise Environment"! Thus, He abides in the midst of the praises of His people. He parks right there in the midst of our praise; meaning His presence, power, love, favor and compassion are ever near us! He loves to be praised and will provide more and more reasons for us to praise Him when we prove that we will praise Him!
So let's make the decision to count our blessings and Praise the Lord rather than complaining about what we don't have.
When we praise the Lord, it opens up space to receive the more from Him, which will produce more praise on our lips and holiness in our lifestyles. These reasons should be amongst the ones that motivate us to praise the Lord; to constantly tell Him thank you, to trust Him with our lives, happiness, health and strength! When we reflect on the FACT that He does walk and talk with us; how can we not PRAISE HIM?

The main thing I am doing is the book of Psalms 37:7 - Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him. I know the LORD do not work on my time, it's His time.
