Presents
Dr. Rubin Naiman

"To Sleep Perchance to Dream,
To Dream Perchance to Heal"

Dreaming may be the most accessible forgotten path to wellness. Despite its long history as a healing and spiritual process, dreaming is largely devalued in modern times. Consequently, we are at least as dream deprived as we are sleep deprived. Join Dr. Rubin Naiman for an innovative, informative and pragmatic discussion that weaves traditional and analytic perspectives with neuroscience and sleep medicine to reveal a new understanding of dreaming as a healing path.

Rubin

Rubin Naiman, PhD, Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine, is the sleep and dream specialist at the University of Arizona's Center for Integrative Medicine. He is founder and director of Circadian Health Associates, Inc., an organization that provides information, goods and services in support of a new, integrative medicine approach to sleep and dreams.
