Chairman's Corner
Before I even RSVP'd to our Monthly Educational Forum, happening tomorrow, March 8 at the Lone Tree Library, I knew that I wanted to write about the great work Susan Morgenstern is doing coordinating speakers for this Busienss Educational Series.
Susan is a great example of someone who has recently joined the Lone Tree Chamber and has really added to the energy of our organization. Each month the attendance is growing and the speakers continue to bring us new insights and thoughts on business topics. We network the first 20 to 30 minutes and then it's turned over to our speaker. I've been in sales for MANY years and I still find that you can always learn something new or simply be reminded of the things you used to do that actually worked! This is also a great opportunity to send your staff to a class for free. Since it's only once a month from 7:30am to 9:00am it doesn't take a lot of time away from anyone's productivity, in fact it just might enhance it.
