Description: This course uses lecture format in combination with classroom exercises to teach participants the basic principles of greenhouse gas accounting and inventory management. After completion of this two day course participants will understand how to construct, quantify and manage a greenhouse gas inventory.

EPHLI is a is a one-year program of seminars and workshops, special projects, and individual study to enhance the leadership capabilities of state and local environmental public health specialists.
