COUNCIL SUPPORTS 2009 Tribute to the Coast Guard 6.18.09
COAST GUARD FOUNDATION
For the second year, the Council will participate in the Coast Guard Foundation's annual Tribute Dinner benefitting the men and women of the Coast Guard Academy.  The Tribute to the Coast Guard will be held June 18, 2009 at the National Building Museum.  Please make your commitment for a table today. 
 
The Council will be sponsoring table(s) for this year's Coast Guard foundation Dinner on June 18th. General Petreaus will be the keynote speaker this year.
 
We are looking for member companies to contribute to the effort. If you are able to purchase one or more seats ($1,000), please contact

Annual ReportCOUNCIL RELEASES FIRST ANNUAL REPORT
The Council released its first annual report to its members at the annual member's meeting and to the public April 6.  The report highlights the Council's accomplishments and programs for the homeland security community.  Please click on the report for a copy or contact Kristina for a hard copy

The Council held its Annual Member meeting March 26 to a terrific turnout.  Attendees were able to hear about the Council's strategic vision for 2009 and beyond, network with peers and provide input to the Council's future plans. 
 
PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO GET MORE ACTIVELY INVOLVED WITH THE COUNCIL BY TELLING US YOUR NEEDS IN THIS QUICK SURVEY.
 
We are asking for participation on several important initiatives and need your feedback to assure the Council continues to produce the programs and products you want.  Upcoming projects include:

> Infrastructure Security
> Preparedness
> Private Sector needs in homeland security curriculum
