The essence of time management ... choices.

who you are."

Ready to Figure it Out?

I work with people on "organizing life."

More than half my clients have ADHD.

I offer organizing services at home or office.

I offer virtual organizing, support by phone.

And I offer coaching, a very effective tool for people with ADHD or other chronic issues with organization.

A first step?
Email or call for a no charge "get to know me" discussion, 20-30 minutes to discuss one of your challenges and if/how we might work together.

If you're ready to live differently, email me Sue@OrganizeNH.com
or call my office at 603.554.1948.

You can also read the sort of advice and education I provide before making the call; I know it's difficult.

Below, you'll find my Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter links, along with my blog and website.

ADHD Awareness Week, an international, public education effort, begins this Sunday.

This special edition contains special educational resources available this coming week only, plus my own favorite resources for people struggling with ADHD, or those curious about whether ADHD is at work in their lives.

You may be that person, work beside him or her, live or parent the individual.

10 Facts to know. ADHD ...
  1. has a proven neurological basis;
  2. can be tested for, fairly well, enough to find relief;
  3. shows up differently for individuals;
  4. has unique issues for women;
  5. is a chronic challenge;
  6. can look like other issues we all face;
  7. 65%+ of the time is accompanied by another issue, such as anxiety;
  8. chronically hampers work, home, financial, relationship and most aspects of one's life in some way;

  9. is often discovered by adults when a child or family member gets a diagnosis;

  10. is easier to manage with excellent self-care: coaching, therapy sometimes, medications, exercise, meditation and organizational skills tuned for how ADHD shows up for the individual.

I specialize in working with people to deal with life's big changes, with time management struggles and with chronic organizational issues. We work at home, in  your office/small business. We work on time, tasks or things. Skills, habits and systems.

One of these 'life changes' is often an ADHD diagnosis as an adult.

If you'd like to take a step in your life to make it more successful - whatever success means to you - please email or call for a no charge consultation.
