Greetings!
Ahhh, deep breath.
We have been deluged with rain here in Southern California over the last week. We've had so much rain in fact, 40 year old records have been broken. Unfortunately along with all that rain came mudslides, flooded streets, and downed trees.
Now, I know we all have our share of weather horror stories and we really can't complain here in So Cal, but what I really want to share is the silver lining...
After days of nonstop rain and a slew of seemingly, unending errands, my kids and I exited a local mall yesterday afternoon to find the rain gone and people standing on the sidewalk mesmerized by an incredibly beautiful sight in the clouds above. Even the passing cars were stopping!
This rainbow was by far the most vivid I have ever seen. It was bright, complete and even had a back up! Reflecting on the sight of everyone "stopped in their tracks" to take in this beauty I want to remind you to take a moment to remember the beautiful and wonderful things in your life.
Ahhh, another deep breath.
Ok, I know you are most likely running around doing at least 10 things at one time (lol) so I am keeping this newsletter short by giving you just a few tidbits of information to help you get started right in the New Year.
