Greetings!

Can it really be the middle of October already?!  For event companies, the change in season brings with it changes in business.  Event and wedding planners are busy gearing up for holiday weddings and parties, while most amusement rental companies are slowing down for the chilly fall and winter months (depending on geographic location, of course).

I like to think change is always good - most of the time, anyway.  We've got some exciting changes on the horizon and they will start to take shape over the next few months.

Look for changes and improvements to our website, designed for faster navigation for you and your customers, an interactive blog, and a few awesome new services.

Additionally, we will be incorporating a survey or two in upcoming newsletters.  Please take a moment to complete them as the more information we can gather, the more information we can compile and provide back to you in a valuable format.

Tradeshow season is upon us and if you will be attending any of the shows we exhibit at (see side bar), please stop by and say hello.  I would love to meet you in person!  If you are going to IAAPA, register for a chance to win a free ticket below.

Be sure to check out the Customer Loyalty Value Calculator below.  It's a terrific tool to gauge how your company is doing in this area...and what happens when you do better!

Finally, visit our homepage to see our new video section!

Have a great October!

Wishing you my very best,

HOW TO INCREASE CUSTOMER LOYALTY
Your company's success is reliant upon your ability to retain your customers.  According to Bain & Company, a 5% increase in customer loyalty can lead to an increase in profits from 25% to 95%.  These astounding figures represent quicker growth of your company and higher profits for you!

Increase customer loyalty by:
  1. Providing excellent customer service - every time.
  2. Provide consistent high quality service.
  3. Communicate with your customers via newsletters, cards, postcards, social media, etc.  Remind them you are there for them when they need you.
  4. Offer loyalty specials & discounts.
  5. Offer referral fees or discounts.
Create relationships with your customers and make yourself so valuable that YOU come to mind first when they or someone they know needs your services!

Use this Customer Loyalty Value Calculator to see how increasing customer loyalty can add profits to your company!  Click here.

A big thank you to Kevin Stirtz, The Amazing Service Guy, for the use of his awesome CLV calculator.
