Greetings!

Happy 4th of July!

There is so much to tell you about that I am going to keep my comments to a minimum and just let you dig into this edition of EPA QUICK TIPS!

Well, just one quick thought...I hope you enjoy the video located in the article about customer service on Southwest Airlines.  I know you will be entertained, but more importantly, I think you will see that how your customers feel about you is in direct response to how you relate to them.  Enjoy!

As always, wishing you the very best,

Kim Sullivan
VP, Chief Marketing Officer

YOU WON'T GET THAT ON UNITED AIRLINES...

Part of serving your customers well is giving them a positive and memorable experience. In fact that's the formula for "wowing!" them. When you do this they have fun, they remember you (and your company) and they say good things about you to others.

Here's an entertaining example of how Southwest Airlines wows their customers.

Face Paint Recall

The FDA has reported that face paints manufactured by Shanghai Color Art Stationery Company Limited, Shanghai, China, are being voluntarily recalled by Fun Express Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oriental Trading Company.

The EPA was just notified that Fun Express, Inc. recently expanded its recall of face paint items to include two additional face paint colors, 85/2338 (White face paint) and 85/2339 (Yellow face paint).

The products were distributed primarily to retail stores nationwide between April 2008 and April 2009. If consumers have any of the recalled products remaining in their possession, they should immediately discard them.
