Kudos

English professor Randy Laist has a pair of scholarly achievements — an article, "Postmortem Cinema: Untimely Death in Six Movies from the 1990s," will appear in the journal Screening the Past, and a presentation, "Murder and Montage: Oliver Stone's Hyperreal Period," will be delivered at the conference of the American Culture Association / Popular Culture Association of America in March.

Submitted by Janet Jefford: I just want to thank everyone for your words of love and sympathy on the death of my husband, Bill. Your kind thoughts and prayers are appreciated by me and my children. Bill was a kind and generous person and will be truly missed by all who knew him.
