Mornings in the Museum
Second Saturday activity schedule for December 11, 2010:
 9:00-11:00 am

       Celebrate Alabama Day (12/14) with Alabama flag activities:

Alabama flag make-and-take craft

Add your hand print to the Alabama flag activity 

 

11:00 am- noon

Museum Tour: docent-led with hands-on touch carts.

 

The museum and research room will be open on the second Saturday of each month from 8:30am-4:30pm.The Archives museum galleries and participation in this activity are FREE to the public.

 

 

 

 

Worried About What To Do With After-Christmas Boredom?

Bring the family to the Alabama Department of Archives and History to get rid of the after-Christmas blues. We're open Monday, December 27 -Thursday, December 30th 8:30-4:30pm. Museum galleries, discovery boxes, and history hunt activity sheets are just some of the things you can explore!
