Sexual fantasies are very common among both men and women. Yes, even women have sexual fantasies. Some sexual fantasies can be about anything and anyone, such as our spouse, neighbor, or favorite actor. Some are very complex and detailed, while others are very simple (such as the wife who fantasizes about her husband spending a romantic evening at home with her - without the kids!). Sexual fantasies allow us to experiment with different roles or see ourselves in different ways. For example, a quiet, introverted woman by day, may fantasize that at night, she becomes the dominant sex vixen that seduces every helpless man she meets.
It's important to remember that sexual fantasies are just fantasies, not reality. Some fantasies may be safe enough to discuss and even explore within your relationship, while others should remain strictly fantasy. For example, a man may fantasize about having a three-some with his wife and another woman. Trying this out in reality may create some problems in their marriage. However, some couples have learned to take certain parts or aspects of a fantasy into their reality. For instance, the wife may wear a wig to play the role of the "other woman" in her husband's fantasy. Many couples even create sex fantasies together to spice up their sex life.
If you are concerned about you or your partner's sexual fantasies or would just like to get more information on how to discuss and even explore sexual fantasies within your relationship, please don't hesitate to contact us at TheLoveBirds4u@yahoo.com or 813-769-9039.

Q & A with The Love Birds
Q: Why does my husband always seem to fall asleep after we have sex?
A: Thank you so much for your question. Some men fall asleep after sex due to the brain chemicals and hormones that are released after they have an orgasm. These chemicals and hormones help promote sleep. That's another reason why we suggest women have orgasms before men do. Hope this helps!

Did You Know...?
Refractory Period ~ is the recovery period that occurs immediately after a man ejaculates. During this period, men are physiologically unable to experience further orgasms. This period of time can vary from a few minutes to several hours and gets longer as men age.
