The 2010 campaign theme is based on the Wizard of Oz and making dreams come true. We invite you to incorporate this theme throughout your campaign and to think outside of the box and have fun.
Here are a few ideas of how to incorporate the theme:
- Start your week in Munchkinland and end in the Emerald City by decorating your workplace.
- Have a Munchkin breakfast with Dunkin Donuts Munchkins.
- Build a yellow brick road with post-its or yellow paper.
- Host an ice cream or slushy party and call it "If I only had a brain...freeze!"

Day of Caring
Oct. 8 & 9
Join the nation's largest corporate volunteer event and help change your community. Volunteer teams prepare meals for the homeless, refurbish playgrounds for children and play bingo with the elderly.
Our Partner Agencies submit projects that need to be completed such as landscaping, painting or interacting with clients. Companies pick the projects and bring the materials needed to complete the projects for the agencies.

| Live United Race
24 The Hard Way Race
On Friday, Oct. 22 runners and walkers will take to the Bluff Creek trails to help raise money for United Way and we'd like to invite you and your workplace to participate.
There are two events that benefit United Way, the competitive Live United one-hour run on asphalt and the one-hour fun run on the off-road trail - runners and walkers are welcome.
The Live United race begins at 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 22 at Bluff Creek.
For those who are more advanced runners there is also a 24 hour run. Athletes will have their choice of a 24, 12 or 6 hour race on the asphalt or dirt trail.
