Playwriting Class
Tommy Trull and Stephen Hyers are teaming up to teach a playwriting class this fall on Monday nights.  Both teach playwriting at area colleges.  This is a great opportunity for those who have never written a play or a way to get back to the basics to improve the play you are working on.

Registration forms

are available online.

Writing Assignment

This month's writing assignment is to use a personal's advertisement to jump start a play.  Read the personals in the paper or go to craig's list and look at "missed connections".  Here is the challlenge - all dialogue must be in present tense and the word "remember" is not allowed.
