Don't Miss John Adams
This Thursday at KWG!

Don't miss a presentation by John Adams, sports editor for the Knoxville News Sentinel, at the Thursday, September 1 meeting of the Knoxville Writers' Guild. The meeting, which is open to the public, will be at 7 p.m. at the Laurel Theater, on the corner of Laurel Avenue and 16th Street (in Fort Sanders). A $2.00 donation is requested. The building is handicap accessible.

Louisiana native Adams will describe his life as a journalist.  Having begun newspaper writing at age 15, he pursued it most of his adult life. At the News Sentinel, Adams enjoys writing with candor about the sports world. He says, "Every columnist knows a good article is a controversial one."
