2920 Featured Recipe:
Egg & Potato Bake

Serves: 8

Cook 1 package of bacon until very crispy. Crumble into pieces and set aside in a large mixing bowl.

Saute 1 medium onion and 1 green pepper. Use bacon fat or fresh oil. Add to bacon pieces.

Dice 3-4 potatoes into "hash brown" size.

Mix together with the bacon, onions, and peppers. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Place mixture in a greased 9" x 13" baking dish. Beat 8 eggs and add 2 cups of milk and seasoning to taste. Pour over the potato mixture. Sprinkle top with paprika.

Place in a preheated oven at 350 for 45-50 minutes until lightly browned. Top with 1/2 cup of shredded Cheddar.

Serve with a breakfast meat of your choice and Enjoy!

This can be prepared the night before, placed in the refrigerator and baked in the morning.

INN at 2920 is pleased to annouce that a new and updated website has been launched for all to use and enjoy! The new site, much like its predecesor, is stylish, modern, and easy to use. Welcome Home

One of the most persistant questions asked of the owners when they purchased INN at 2920 last fall was, "What are you going to do with the Front Door?"

The front door of the INN has Southern and Western exposure and gets tortured by the hot summer sun and the cold winter winds. Unfortunately, it had become a bit weathered and needed a face lift.

Wait until you see it now! Using the tones of the INN at 2920 logo, the door was transformed into a unique and modern entrance - the way it was designed to compliment the interior decor - but with nods to the exterior architecture and beauty of the building.

A testiment to a successful project is that the door is no longer a conversation piece, but rather serves its purpose of warmly and attractively saying "Welcome Home" to guests and visitors of INN at 2920.

INN-Hance and INN-Dulge

INN at 2920 has greatly expanded the selection of add-on Amenities, Specials, and Packages for the enjoyment of the guests. In addition to the Personal Concierge Services that the INN has always offered, guests can now choose to "INN-Hance" thier stay or "INN-Dulge" with a full package:

With O'Donnell Square around the corner, the Water Taxi two blocks away, and all the treasures of Baltimore awaiting, there's no excuse not to get away from it all - even for a day or two.
