Parsley is antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and a great multi-vitamin food.
Dear Friends,

The flowers are blooming and there are plants all around us that are full of healing medicine!

I am teaching many classes this spring to help inspire you to grow your own herbs or learn to use what grows wild around you. It is such a joyful experience to have seasonal
harvests become herbal medicines inspiring sustainability, self-empowerment and keeping your loved ones well.

I turned in the manuscript for my book, The Herbal Kitchen and it will be released in the Fall. Yes, very exciting.....
