Functional strength meets circuit training. The only thing we need from you is commitment to meet your goals. If you are ready to do something and make the changes you have always wanted, we will do the rest! The Silverlake's Personal Training Staff will bring 100% dedication and motivation to each training session, all you have to do is show up. We are proud to offer "Camp 300" an outdoor bootcamp where you bring your body and we will motivate you to chisel it to whatever you want it to be. No more excuses!
Training times are every Wednesday at 6pm and Saturday at noon (50 min)
Entire workout will be outside
Rain or shine you will meet a trainer outside by the main entrance
Bring water and warm clothes you don't mind getting dirty
Less than $10 per workout for members / $12.50 non-members
Paid in full before session, sign-up at the front desk
