The Sports Development Program starts October 24th at 10 a.m. This program is offered for 3 & 4 year olds only and run for 30 to 40  minutes each. Conducted as a Mom & Me or Dad & Me program, the classes run weekly for four weeks. This is a great introduction to sports activity. The kids focus on strength, balance and move. Class sizes are limited to insure children have fun in a small group setting.
Classes are conducted on the third floor at Better Bodies in Ft. Mitchell. The cost of the program is $20 / $40 (members/non-members).

Learn to Play programs through the Silverlake Sports Academy begin the week of October 20th in basketball, baseball and soccer. These programs are offered for children 4 to 6 and 7 to 10 years of age. These programs meet once per week over eight weeks. Each class is approximately one hour. The LTP 101 and 201 classes are the foundations courses, while the LTP 102 and 202 are more advanced classes.
The cost of the program is $40 / $80 (member/non-member). Baseball is offered on Tuesday; Soccer on Wednesday and Basketball on Friday. Soccer is offered at Silverlake Park (located in front of Silverlake "The Family Place" until the weather forces the program inside. The baseball and basketball programs are conducted at Better Bodies in Ft. Mitchell.

| Adult kickball tournament |
The upcoming kickball tournament is set for October 26th at Silverlake Park. Each team is required to have a minimum of four men and four women. Players must be 18 years of age and older. The cost is $40 minimum (if team only has 8 player minimum) or $5 per player. Players may be added to the roster up till the start of any game in the tournament. Players may compete on only one team during the tournament.
Champion Tee Shirts are awarded to the winners of the tournament. The tournament starts at 1 p.m. on Sunday.

| Adult co-ed volleyball |
 Friday, November 7th will mark the start of a co-ed volleyball league at Better Bodies in Ft. Mitchell. This eight-week league will cost $250 and concludes with a season ending tournament.
Team sign ups are encouraged. Individuals interested in playing should provide their information via an online registration page.
