Our company, The Pool Man, based in Tomball, TX. had been searching for a software program that would fit our needs and requirements for over a year. Our search led us to Pool Pro Office.
After reviewing the program online with Mark several times I decided that a trip to Florida to see the program work in the "real world" would be in order.
I spent two days with Mark and Gerard in Orlando at the American Pools and Spas facility getting "hands on" experience with the program. In the two days, and a night in the hotel, I was able to set-up my job board with all the milestones and enter a couple of test projects.
Mark and Gerard guided me through each step on every user application, from entering a lead to closing out a project. I was able to explore all areas of the program and begin to familiarize myself with all the information that is at your fingertips.
By the end of the workshop I was totally impressed and sold on the program. I couldn't wait to return to the office and share my experience. Within the month we purchased the software and after only two weeks we were up and running.
The support that Mark and Gerard have provided has been above and beyond my expectations. I look forward to a long and prosperous relationship with them.
I strongly suggest anyone interested in improving their organization to explore the Pool Pro Office with Mark and Gerard.

What We are Developing at Pool Pro Office and Available in Coming Update

Introduction email sent to homeowner when notification of lead is sent to designer.
- User accounts and access can now be managed. Add and remove users at your discretion.
- Sort leads by active, inactive, sold, lost and then export to excel format for use in marketing campaigns.
- The ability to add reminders and tips in milestone manager, these tips can be used for training, process review or any text information that you would like.
- Add email notification to homeowner at selected milestones. Prepared email content can be managed at milestone management.
- Industry news, newsletters, inspiration, sales tools side bar has been added to keep you informed.
- Distributors and manufactures has been converted to a community project where Pool Pro Office users can add and manage.
- Sold price vs list price report. Find out who is giving the discounts and how much
- Specification tab has a place to store legacy data. At sometime in the past you may have used a management solution other than Pool Pro Office and you want to have the data in Pool Pro Office. We can import that data into this location or you can place a pdf or scanned image
- UNDER DEVELOPMENT Ability to email construction plan from Pool Pro Office to recipient.
- Schedule Management is an easy way to dissect your job board into various views. Example are: choose a vendor and the milestone that they are responsible for, a display of all active project that they are assigned to that milestone will be shown, another is choose a vendor and select a milestone status and a display of all milestones that they have of that status will be shown even across multiple milestones.
- Retrieve incoming email from a common email account and attach to project. This feature is not active until the incoming email preferences are setup.
- UNDER DEVELOPMENT Add start up date in service ,warranty that shows warranty start date.
- Property appraiser manager is a community effort to create a database of property appraisers from the counties across the state.
- Add individual draw payments. The preset draws can be created, up to six draws, but now additional draws can be add for project without limit.
