Weekly Open Training Session
We know every day in the pool business is full of challenges and time restraints that make additional training and helpful tips in Pool Pro Office difficult.
In an effort to assist our users with training we are considering a once-a-week reoccurring online training session. It would be open to all users to log on with open discussion on issues and training tips on all the features in our solution.
We are considering the meeting to be on Wednesday at 2pm ET.
We would like your feedback on day, time and whether or not you would participate in helping us help you.

Tips and Trick of Pool Pro Office
If you are logged in as management, sales manager, construction manager or data entry here is an easy way to navigate to the other users with in Pool Pro Office from the Home and Project page.
Go to the menu bar on Pool Pro Office named "User Home" on the home page or "User Project" on the project page. Click on the menu item and a drop-down will appear that has a list of the various user.
Scroll down to the user you would like to go and click.
When you are on the project page and make the selection you will be taken to the same project but for the newly selected user.
Each user has a "My Info" tab on their project page. This tab is designed to be the primary location that a user will work. All other tab are the same on each users project.
When on the project page, always look first at the "My Info" tab to initiate items such as service/ warranty on the Service/ Warranty project page.
