What's New in Pool Pro Office
|
We have been working very hard at Pool Pro Office to make our solution the most affordable, powerful and easiest to use pool construction management solution on the market. Recent areas of extensive development has been in many areas.
Pool Pro Office communication features has been greatly expanded to accommodate the ability to attach multiple attachments to a communication and then have the attachments stored in Pool Pro Office for retrieval and review. This feature is available in both the lead and project sections.
Storing all those digital images that are taken by Site Supervisors during the construction phases has been expanded in Pool Pro Office. We have added the ability to load an entire folder of images or digital documents to a construction milestone. Previously only one image was added at a time.
We have expanded the capabilities of the milestone detail view in both the job board and from the project milestone list. Added features are the ability to create PO, WO, Construction Issues and Site Supervisor checklist attached to a milestone. This has greatly reduced the need to access other layouts when dealing with a milestone status update.
Most of these enhancement suggestion were provide by one of our showcase pool companies, American Pools & Spas located in Orlando, Fl.
At Pool Pro Office we look toward our clients for sound enhancements for our solution.

Sync with QuickBooks as Easy as 1-2-3!

Pool Pro Office is always looking for economical features to add to our solution. Integration with QuickBooks has been one of those features that has eluded us for ease and cost.
A solution has recently become available that allows Pool Pro Office to connected to QuickBooks.
The integration with QuickBooks is limited to the following versions:
- Simple Start 2006+
- Pro 2006+
- Premier/Accountant 2002+
- Enterprise 2002+
- Online Edition Current
- Point of Sale 4.0+
This feature is only available for QuickBooks on Windows.
