Multiple Mini-Interview volunteers needed - April 24-28, 2012
Michener's admissions process includes a Multiple Mini-Interview component. Be an alumni volunteer (you know what it takes to be a successful health care professional) and help Michener select the best and brightest.

Continuing Education
Contribute to Health Care Research
Clinical Research professionals assist in the design, preparation, planning, implementation and review of a clinical trial to ensure it adheres to regulatory and ethical standards. Clinical Research is a rapidly expanding field and Clinical Research Associates (CRA) contribute to research studies that have a major impact on health care, such as developing new medications and testing new treatment devices and methods. These four Clinical Research courses can be taken individually or towards a CRA Graduate Certificate. For more information or to register by April 20, go to www.michener.ca/ce

MELA Launch at Michener!
 On January 25, 2012, Michener launched Michener English Language Assessment (MELA), a sector-specific language proficiency test that measures the English language proficiency of internationally educated health professionals to assess their ability to study and practice in Canada. This launch marks the end of a comprehensive validation study which establishes MELA as a reliable test trusted by a post secondary institution and health regulators. The Michener Chiropody Clinic (located at Michener) is open to our alumni and the general public.
