CryoVation's completely automated Fill-Free 5.0, which provides complete, gravimetric mixed gas filling, is now available in a range of economical options, beginning with the Fill-Free 1.0.

Fill-Free systems are designed to:

The NEW Fill-Free 1.0 has the same great features we've offered in our fully automated system for more than 18 years.

The Fill-Free 1.0 allows the operator to enter the desired DOT fill pressure and vacuum level, on either the Manifold "A" or "B" set-up screen, and start the fill process.

The cylinder temperature is monitored and the ultimate fill pressure is automatically calculated and displayed. The operator is alerted at zero vent pressure, when the vacuum level is attained, and for leak check. Once full, the pump is automatically stopped and the operator is again alerted.

Optional high-pressure valves may be added to shut off the vent, vacuum and/or fill lines.

The Fill-Free I.0 control package can be added to an existing filling system or built into a new one.
