Do you have a middle-school aged daughter? Do you work with girls in this age group as a provider or professional? You are likely aware of the challenges that girls in our community face during their middle-school years. Come learn about what girls in our community say they need, and how you can help.

The Investing in Girls Alliance is a coalition of more than 30 community partners who have come together to learn more about the issues facing girls and to develop a comprehensive plan to address them. Linda Cavaioli, Chair of the Alliance and Executive Director of the YWCA of Central MA, will present the research and information that was gathered from the girls, their parents and local providers. Members of the Alliance will provide information on the work underway and the plan to achieve the vision for happy, healthy and productive girls.

Investing in Girls mini-grants are available to agencies dedicated to giving girls the tools they need to be successful. Please join us to learn more about this new grant opportunity.
