The New England Condo Expo is an annual free event hosted by the New England Chapter of the Community Associations Institute.

The expo will feature programs, events and demonstrations perfect for condo board members and unit owners.

Dear Brownstone customers and friends,

 

Fall is the perfect time of year to make sure your preventative maintenance plan is complete. Some of the most important things you can do to keep your property and its inhabitants safe are issues that can easily be taken for granted. 

 

For instance, when is the last time you had your fire escape inspected? How about your furnace or heating system? Are your carbon and smoke alarms in working condition? Do you have window guards to prevent small children from falling?
