Dear Brownstone customers,
In honor of American Heart Month, Brownstone would like to share some recommendations with you, courtesy of the American Heart Association.
Protecting your property and your assets goes hand-in-hand with protecting your health!
Here at Brownstone Insurance, employees are involved in an incentive program where money is donated to a charity of the employee's choice for every hour that they work out. We keep a chart on our wall and each employee is responsible for tracking their physical activity. This would be easy for any person to do at home as well!
Psst! Here's a tip! Health insurance providers regularly offer discounts for gym memberships and weight loss programs for their members. Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA is a great example of that. Click here for more info!

Brownstone has put together a list of easy ways to improve your health and quality of life.
