A Minute With Monty...
"You're only as good as your loss ratio."

Sad, but true.  If the company pays your clients more than they pay them, it's a problem.  That is not how the system works or how companies stay in business.

Water damage, oil spills, mold, unnatural accumulation of ice and snow, bedbugs, lead and more water damage.  There are always more issues and new sources of claims.

So what do we do?  First, if a customer has a claim, we need to pay it fairly, quickly, and be an advocate for the insured.  That is why people buy insurance.
