Recently, a number of brokers have commented on the fact that Brownstone's policies provide "all-in" coverage.
Imagine for a moment that a condo or apartment building that you do business with suffers traumatic damage from a fire. Numerous building items are destroyed, such as outdoor fixtures, appliances, interior walls, flooring, lobby furniture etc. Will there be coverage for all of these items?

Condo Media Annual Condo Expo Wrap-Up

We spoke with many property managers and condo trustees at the Condo Media Annual Condo Conference and Expo on Saturday, Oct. 23rd. The first question we usually ask is, "Who is your current agent?" We follow with, "Did you know you can access Brownstone Insurance through your agent?" Customers are happy to hear that they can access our program while upholding their relationship with their agent.
