Not only are Chiles Delicious but they're GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH??
Absolutely!  Hot Peppers are loaded with Vitamin C, Lycopene and have plenty of fiber.

Cutting every Pepper and De-Seeding by hand is a BIG JOB...but well worth it to pass on this Quality to my Customers.  Try to find that at Burpee's or Wal-Mart.Click here to see all seeds
Container Gardening is EXCELLENT for adding room to your garden space.  With Containers ANYONE can garden...even if you live in a Condo or an Apartment.
What I like most about Container Gardening is that you totally control the environment...soil and weather.  In a 5 gallon container you make your own soil mix...all 100% of the soil that the roots come into contact with YOU control.  You can buy a great potting soil, add some sand and cow manure...then your favorite product like Miracle Gro or my favorite Fish Emulsion. It's easy to mulch...try some grass clippings to retain the soil moisture.
You even control the weather...easy to water if there's not enough rain...you can add shade or Sun by moving the container.  Check out my pics.....

Over 100 Ghost peppers on one plant...
Hello! to all Fellow Chileheads, Home Gardeners and Newbies.  Welcome!
Can the Snow actually help your Chile Plants and your Garden?  YES!!
The snow, just like rain, pulls down trace nutrients from the atmosphere. More important, in colder weather areas the constant freezing and thawing of your Garden Soil works like a 'tiller' to make your soil more friable and workable.
If your soil has too much Clay....add sand.
If it is too sandy...add humus like shredded leaves, straw, wood chips, etc.

"Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow".

New for 2010
The real good news is that our Inventory is holding up for all Seed Varieties.  We've been busy, but planned properly with the Pepeprs we grew for 2010 Seeds.
NOW is the time to order your seeds as you need up to 8 to 12 weeks until they go from starting to the Garden.  That puts you into Mid April or Mid-May if you order today.

FEATURED PEPPER PICK
====================
GOLDEN NUGGET
This is a very old heirloom pepper that has been re-discovered. Produces an abundant crop that turns from purple to gold, what a sight! Great for drying, freezing or eating fresh. This pepper has withstood the test of time..it's centuries old. Pepper Joe highly recommends this Chile.

PUMPKIN HABANERO
A beautiful Pumpkin Orange/Yellow Habanero. Don't let the name fool you..this is a 9.5 on the Pepper Joe heat scale. This smaller plant is easier to grow and harvest. This beautiful pepper from the Chinense family is a must-have.

The ORIGINAL Ghost Pepper Strain our of India.  Don't accept any imitations.
They are selling imitations on Ebay and Amazon for $12 to $15...stay with a reputable company...
GIANT GHOST PEPPER (GIANT BHUT JOLOKIA PEPPER)

WOW...TRY TO FIND THIS ANYWHERE ELSE...
More 'Bang for the Buck'. This seed originated from the University of New Mexico via India. The UNM is where our respected Peer Paul Bosland is based. This Monster Chile is plumper, meatier and larger than the original Ghost Peppers, with the same Scorcher Heat. Also known as the Ghost or Naga Pepper strain.
What I love about the Ghost Peppers most is that it has both heat and flavor, but not that 'Habanero aftertaste' that some other members of the 'Chinense family has.
