Hello Market Shoppers!
It looks like it will be a beautiful day this coming Saturday, March 10th for our next Winter Market from 10am to noon. We hope you will come on down to the market to get your favorite fresh, local food. While you are here, why not drop off your favorite knife or set of pruners to have them sharpened while you wait by Neil's Sharpening Service.
Both of our regular soapmakers have taken a break from the market, but soap will return this market and next! This week we welcome a face from the past when Pat Dillon (Soap by Pat) will make a special visit with 3 varieties of soap. Pat is now a nurse, so she no longer comes to the market on a regular basis. Next market, Spotted Hill Farm will return with soaps made using milk from their adorable and much loved goats. We'll have more information next newsletter.
Mark your calendar for April 7th, when we will have a special Easter Market. You can pre-order hams from Country Time Farm for pickup that day. We'll have more information about that market in our next newsletter. Many of our producers take pre-orders for winter markets and Backyard Bison sells by pre-order only. If you don't want to miss your favorite goodie, please read each producer's listing below. Don't forget to read this email to see what is available, make your list, contact the farmers to place your orders, and then come to our regular location between 10 am and noon on Saturday to pick up your delicious, local food. You might even see your neighbors and market friends! Helpful Hint: This newsletter is packed with information. You can click on a vendor's name on the sidebar to go directly to his or her product list. Please forward this email to friends and family that you think may be interested in signing up for our email list so they can participate in our special Winter Markets. (There is a link all the way at the bottom of the email to forward it -- thanks!)
See you at the Market!!
