Hello Market Shoppers!
Christmas Eve will be our last market of 2011- what a great year we have had! Thank you for supporting our wonderful farmers and artisans. If you have ordered a ham or turkey, don't forget to stop by to pick it up. It is not too late to order baked goods from St. Peters Bakery & Cafe, ICED by Betsy, John & Kiras and Mountain View Poultry. Be sure to read about their offerings in the section below. Also, please note that we will all set up under the bridge in the gravel area this week. It will be a happy family of farmers, artisans and shoppers! St. Peters will bring HOT coffee and Marvin Andersen will play holiday carols on his trumpet at 10am! Neil's Sharpening Service enjoyed the market so much last week that he will be back this Saturday! Bring your favorite carving knife and Neil will sharpen it on the spot. It's a great way to get ready for all of the chopping required to cook great holiday dinners with local food. Carving a turkey or roast will be simple with a sharp knife. Neil plans to come to the market once a month in 2012. We will update our website and Facebook page right up until Christmas Eve. If there are any late additions or changes, we will put the information there. Have a wonderful holiday and we look forward to seeing you on Christmas Eve or at our first Winter Market on January 14th!

Seasons Greetings All,
This week I've prepared a special menu of Chicken Breast Cordon Bleu with Roasted Ginger Carrots on the side and Creamy Rice Pudding for dessert. This may be purchased as a meal or individually.
As an Hors d'oeuvres I'm offering a tray of assorted turkey & chicken meatballs with dipping sauces.
Also available will be my variety of savory soups plus Hearty Beef Chili, Turkey Bar-B-Que and the delectible Chicken Pot Pies.
For those of you who prefer to cook up your own holiday feast, I will have my full pasture poultry available in chicken, turkey, marinated poultry, sausages and soup chickens available.
Pre ordering is suggested on the prepared foods menu, you can call or email us as soon as possible.
Deadline for preorders will be:
December 23 @ 2:00pm.
Pick up locations will be at Phoenixville Farmers Mrkt on DEC 24th 10am - 12pm and at the Clark Park Farmers Mrkt at 43rd & Baltimore Ave in Philadelphia on DEC 24th 10am - 2pm.
