Hello Market Shoppers!
We hope that everyone enjoyed a Happy Thanksgiving with all of the great local food from the Market! The farmers and bakers and artisans thank all of you who have supported the Market by shopping here.
The good news is that the Market will be open every Saturday from November 26th to December 17th from 10am to noon with lots of farm fresh food and great locally made unique holiday gifts and live music! The temperature tomorrow is supposed to be a whopping 67 degrees. If you have out of town guests, why not bring them down to the Market to listen to Joe Willson's incredible fingerstyle guitar while having a cup of coffee and stocking up on great food for the week?
Some of our regular farmers are taking a break this week, but they will be back next week! They are: Backyard Bison, Baues' Bees, John and Kira's, Shellbark Hollow, and Sweetwater Bakery. Wild For Salmon will also return on December 3rd.
If you would like one of your friends or relatives to enjoy the Phoenixville Farmers' Market you can purchase gift certificates for them at the market table. The certificates come in $2 Market Dollars that can be used at all of the providers' stands.

Artisans Cafe
We now have our own blend "Artisans House" available in the One Village sealed bag. Artisans will be taking orders on our whole quiche pies for the holiday. Order forms are available at our booth. To order for a Farmers' Market pickup, send an email to rosemarie@artisansgalley-cafe.com by the Wednesday prior to the Market pickup.
To help benefit The Clinic in Phoenixville Medical Center for the Uninsured, Artisans Gallery & Café and Romantic Jewelers will be hosting a Silent Auction of one-of-kind, original design Gingerbread Houses before and after the showing of the holiday film It's A Wonderful Life" at the Colonial theatre, December 18th. Children, teens, adults, families or organized groups are invited to show off their talents and capture the "Frank Capra's" spirit of George Bailey by helping their neighbors. This weekend, stop by our booth and pick up an applications or you can picked one up at either Artisans Gallery & Café or Romantic Jewelers or send an email to rosemarie@artisansgallery-cafe.com.

Candy Cane: Our signature chocolate cake filled with a sweet peppermint filling. Topped with vanilla buttercream and topped with festive peppermint crunch. Milk & Cookies: Our butter vanilla cake filled with gooey eggless cookie dough. Topped with vanilla buttercream & a freshly-baked chocolate chip cookie.
PB & C: The most famous taste combination and our best seller! Our signature chocolate cake filed with a rich peanut butter center. Frosted with peanut butter buttercream and topped with a peanut butter cup.

Hi everyone, I hope you all enjoyed your turkey on Thursday, I know I
sure did. I'll be @ the market on Saturday. I will have most of my menu available. I will have some pastured turkeys available for Christmas. Ordering early will be necessary. Iam offering the turkeys on special for $3.99lb. That is a savings of $1.00 per pound. That's my way of saying thank-you for supporting me all year long. Hope to see everyone on Saturday !
Oley Valley Mushrooms
Regular selection of muschooms. We will be taking orders for oyster mushroom kits that will be ready in late December.
Saint Peters' Bakery
Regular selection of breads and croissants as well as taking orders for cookie trays, gift baskets, Buche de Noel, Linzer torte to name a few.
Sunrise Flour Mill
we will have a good supply of old favorites plus:
Pizza flour. We worked all summer on the formula and it is getting good reviews. It won a blind taste test at Le Cordon Bleu Cooking School against 00 flour, the gold standard.
Coarse ground cornmeal from open pollinated corn from NY. It has a mixture of colors and a strong corn flavor in polenta, cornbread, etc.
