What's New....

Sunrise Flour Mill will be visiting this week with a variety of freshly milled stone ground whole wheat flours, cornmeal, grits, pancake mix and 3 kinds of oats/cereals for feeding all your Thanksgiving guests.

Border Salsa is back with cranberry salsa- a great replacement for that same old cranberry sauce. Like their other products it is made with all fresh ingredients. It can be used with chips, on top of turkey or turkey sandwiches, or scooped over cream cheese with cracker as a appetizer. Also don't forget those guys watching the games, keep them snaking with one of our salsa or bruschetta.

JACK'S FARM will have it's strongest variety and selection of the fall!   All our own; all USDA Certified Organic.
Brussels sprouts, carrots, beets, turnips
Butternut squash, kohlrabi, garlic, cut herbs including sage.  Beautiful lettuce heads, spring mix, spinach, chard, kales, Pea leaf, radicchio, endive frizee, arugula, Asian greens mix, 3 varieties of radishes, shallots and onions and more!

Charlestown Farm will have lettuce mix, baby kale, baby collards, a swiss chard mix, and bok choy.  We'll also have select quantities of parsnips and celery; and tons of winter squash, beets, carrots and potatoes!!

Wild for Salmon's Smoked Salmon spread is a must have for Thanksgiving guests!
Also, don't forget your whole salmon fillet for the anti-turkey folks and some lox for bagels and cream cheese the next morning!

You need something sweet for the Holiday?
Just Add Dolly's Custard Sweet Potato Pie to your table.  Wed, November 24, you  can pick up your pie at the Farmers Market location 1:00pm 2:00pm  Dollysdish@yahoo.com or call 610-933-7517 (Must pre order to pick up)

Birchrun Hills Farm will have and assortment of cheese including the elusive Red Cat, Birchrun Blue, Fat Cat, Equinox, Honey & Sea Salt Spread and Tarragon Spread. Birchrun Franks are back!

Shellbark Hollow Farm will have their chevre marinated in olive oil with four different flavors-Tuscan Bliss, Fresini, Herb Blast, and Herb de Provence.
A great gift to bring to a Thanksgiving dinner.
Our Nutty Bog is back-  Cranberries, walnuts and sharp cheese!

North Star will  have a few varieties of apples to bring to the market, including Gold Rush, Enterprize, and Emperor. Plus, we'll have apple and Asian pear cider. Note: for the freshest-tasting cider for your Thanksgiving feast, freeze what you buy from us this weekend at market, then take it out of the freezer on Wednesday night to thaw. (Remember to pour a bit out of the bottle before freezing, to allow for expansion).

This Saturday will be the last day to place Thanksgiving cupcake orders. We will be featuring all four of our Thanksgiving Collection flavors this weekend.  Cupcakes can be the perfect "portion-controlled" ending to the turkey & veggie feast. ICED by Betsy will also be at the special Wednesday market from 1 PM - 2 PM for pre-ordered cupcakes only. If you are interested in pre-ordering  for pickup, email at
betsy@icedbybetsy.com or call 610.755.7062.    This week's flavors.

May we give thanks to the Earth that feeds us and thanks to the seeds that sustain us.
May we give thanks to those who grow and harvest and deliver our food.
May we receive nourishment from the goodness we share together,
and may all be blessed through our intentions this year.

Thank you so much Phoenixville Shoppers for an amazing season!
