Dear Friends of the Center for Greater Loving...
The topic of today's newsletter is near and dear to my heart for many reasons this week. First, I have to keep an eye on it for myself as it's been a hugely busy week! Second, I love watching a man's face when you ask him what it's like to be around a radiant woman. (Hint to Women: Men adore our radiance!) Third, I'm committed to making sure each woman who joins us at Fantastically Female next weekend knows what makes her radiance possible.
Women, I hope you join us. It's going to be beyond life-changing.
Men, if there is a woman in your life that you'd love to see feeling happier and shining brighter, help her get to this workshop. You will both be forever grateful!

Article: Frazzled or Radiant?
Which do you see more in women these days... frazzled or radiant? Radiance, defined as vividly bright and shining or in other words glowing, pours forth from a healthy balanced female. It is this radiance that attracts our lovers. It is this radiance that draws strangers to us and has them feel safe enough to share their deepest longings with us. It is this radiance that makes women powerful in the business world.
Unfortunately, with the stresses, demands, and expectations women now carry, radiance has become less and less available to both the eyes of the beholder and the beholdee. Being radiant requires feeling rested, healthy, happy, and protected. When was the last time you or the women in your wife really felt rested, healthy, happy, and protected? All at the same time? Hmmm...I suspect most of us would say, "It's been a long time!" Men, if you don't really know, ask the women in your life. I bet you'll be surprised by the replies you recieve.
Many women unknowingly traded in radiance for autonomy and now we are tired. This reminds me of a refrigerator magnet a wise older woman gave me when I was in my mid-twenties and in my first management position. I saved it because some part of me knew how telling it was.
